My name is Dalia Bucinskaite (Buch-en-skate-uh) and I’m a London-based producer from Vilnius, Lithuania, with 10+ years of experience delivering integrated campaigns across sportswear, fashion, entertainment, and lifestyle. My route into production was not planned so much as recognized: early on, someone saw my instincts, invited me onto set, and I’ve been building a career in the industry ever since.
My approach is rooted in care, clarity, and resilience. As a child, an injury led to long stretches in hospital, an experience that gave me an early understanding of what it means to truly show up for others. That sense of attentiveness still shapes the way I work today. My process prioritizes creating environments where people feel supported, respected, and heard, while also being direct and decisive when a production needs leadership.
Over the years, I’ve produced work for globally recognized brands across the UK, Europe, the US, and Japan – During that time, I’ve sustained an nine-year production relationship with ADIDAS across four key business units, overseeing more than 120 campaigns spanning live action, filmed content, animation, VFX/CGI, social-first storytelling, and PR/influencer executions. My working partners recognize me as someone who is commercially sharp, highly experienced in complex international approval structures, and trusted to find solutions when productions get challenging.
I’m drawn to work with taste, substance, and humanity: stories that capture people at their most brilliant, instinctive, and real. Outside of work,
I have a deep passion for horsemenship, sports, coffee & tv, F1 and jewellery. Looking ahead, I’m especially excited to explore world of sport, entertainment and culture — campaigns and partnerships that go beyond the brief and connect with people on a level that lasts.
